Fitness
 
 
During the classes we do specific exercises that help you improve and maintain your daily functionality. We will train all aspects of exercise; strength, endurance, balance and coordination. Conventional equipment is used, which requires only a strength effort from you.
 
We also use Kinesis equipment, loose weights, balance boards and other training equipment. When using these, the body is in charge of the movement and besides strength, coordination, joint effort of the muscles and joints, a proper body posture and balance is required. This combination makes for a complete training and you will soon experience it all getting 'easier'!
 
Maximum number of participants in a group is 8. The class hours are stated at the schedule-icon.

Fit class
 
High impact cardio training combined with a strength circuit with high resistance, total body.
 
Using fitness and cardio equipment, free weights and steps.
 
You can participate in this class when you have experience with high impact training, and when you have an average to high daily activity level.
Step class AB-attack
 
High impact cardio training on steps combined with strength exercises aimed at tonification of the abdomen, buttocks and legs.
 
You can participate in this class when you have experience with high impact training, and when you have an average to high daily activity level.
 
No use of fitness or cardio equipment, only free weights, steps and other training equipment.
Functional training
 
Low impact cardio training combined with a strength circuit, total body.
 
Using fitness and cardio equipment, free weights, no steps.
 
You can even join if you have never been to a fitness centre before or if you've never done any exercise. A basic fitness level is sufficient. This means that you should be able to walk for 45 minutes on end.
Functional strength training
 
Total body strength training. Using fitness equipment and free weights.
 
You can participate when you have experience with sports, even if this wasn't strength training. The goal of the class is to improve muscle strength. The weights are chosen according to your personal abilities.
Personal training
 
The instructor will set up a personal training program together with you, completely aimed at achieving your goals. Everything is possible; strength-training, cardio-training, TRX-training, training focused on flexibility and body balance and nutritional advice.
 
The one-on-one guidance of a professional and enthusiastic trainer will motivate you to go for it 100%!
Pilates
 
Low impact training with the goal to strengthen your core, abdomen, back and pelvic floor muscles, and to improve the flexibility of the body.
 
No equipment or weights are used in this class and it is accessible to anyone with a basic level of flexibility.
 
This class takes place on the floor. It is important that you are able to train on hands and knees and that you are able to come from a sitting to a standing position on your own.
 
If you have any back or neck problems, please inform the instructor or one of our therapists prior to the class.
 
This class can also be taught one-on-one!
Do-In Yoga
 
Do-In Yoga is an accessible, inspiring and connecting form of yoga, that invites you to return to your essence.
 
Your breathing deepens and widens and your lung capacity increases. You discover mental and physical balance through stretching, strength and breathing exercises.
 
Being connected to yourself reduces stress levels and gives you internal freedom.
 
Feel welcome; let your body talk by feeling what it needs.
